Our ability to source specific flower varieties may be compromised each week; we'll use the freshest blooms available that meet our quality standards in each arrangement; this may require flower substitution, both in variety and colors.

We will not leave flowers at a residence without receiving prior authorization from the customer or recipient. This policy is non-negotiable as we want our flowers to be delivered safely to their proper recipient! We will NOT leave flowers in our colder winter months, even at the request of our customers.
